Keep the Electric Screwdriver clean and from water.
Replace the carbon brush regularly. Remove the carbon powder when replacing the carbon brush lest it accumulates and results in short-circuit. The carbon brush should be replaced when only 1/4 remains.
Use the original manufactures carbon brush. If harder carbon brushes are use, they may last longer but will cause abnormal wear of armature. It is not worth it.
Motor bearing should be oiled regularly. Add proper amount of oil only. Too much oil will flow into the inside of the magnet shell and cause the motor to overheat and lose magnetism and reduce the torque force.
Gear boxed should be greased with grease specific for gears. Do not use liquid oil or butter. The stickiness of butter will cause the gear component to overheat.
Do not drop anything into the equipment during the greasing process lest it damages the equipment.
Do not use replacement parts for the parts to ensure the accuracy of the torque.
For anything other than the situations listed above, please contact the providers of the screwdriver and let the technical staff handle it.
