The torque control methods for automatic/semi-automatic
When the automatic torque control (shut-off clutch) model reaches the pre-set torque value, the clutch will disengage and the motor will brake immediately. The screwdriver head will stop rotation and there is no reaction force. The accuracy will be within 3% and is suitable for the use in occasions that require high precision torque assembly.
 When the semi-automatic torque control (slip clutch) model reaches the pre-set torque value, the clutch will disengage and the screwdriver head will stop rotation immediately. However, the motor will stop rotation only after the release of the start switch. It is suitable for the use of occasions that do not require precision torque assembly and it has the advantages of low malfunction, easy maintenance, and low price.
